David Hastoglis – GM, Healthcare Solutions

David leads Perficient's healthcare industry national business unit. With over 25 years of technology consulting and management experience, David has a proven track record of delivering large, complex, distributed delivery software and change management programs for Fortune 500 clients worldwide.

Prior to joining Perficient, David was VP for a leading global consultancy responsible for managing large client engagements and industry vertical business units in the healthcare, financial services, and telecom industries. David has lived and worked in Europe, North America, and Central America, giving him a depth of practical experience in driving measurable results in a dynamic, international economy. David holds a degree in Business Administration from James Madison University.

John White – Director, Healthcare Solutions

John has more than 25 years of experience in large systems integration and information systems strategy work in both the public and private sectors. His executive experience includes the demonstrated ability of leading and growing consulting practices by using creative and unconventional techniques in generating exceptional results for both his practices and clients.

His project experience includes the development of strategic systems plans, planning, design, building, testing and implementing large-scale custom and package software solutions and the re-engineering and change management activities associated with system implementation projects. John is currently a Healthcare Director responsible for the development and delivery of Perficient’s healthcare solutions. He is responsible for both engagement delivery and working with project teams in improving the solutions provided to Perficient’s healthcare clients.

Tim Roberts – Director, Solution Delivery

Tim brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and information technology industries to the Director - Solution Delivery role. With Perficient, Tim continues to pursue his passion for leveraging technology to meet the needs of hospitals, physicians, nurses and patients.

In addition to delivering large, mission-critical projects, Tim’s experience and expertise includes helping healthcare organizations develop and align information technology strategies, deliver technology-enabled workflow optimization and maximize targeted benefit/ROI. Tim has assisted clients in developing strategies and plans for myriad business needs including patient safety, physician practice alignment, consumer/patient satisfaction, physician productivity, quality reporting and revenue enhancement.

Steve Evans – Director, Healthcare Solutions

Steve has provided consulting services to clients for more than 25 years. His approach to working with clients is to develop common organizational goals, resource alignment and to create maximum value.

Steve has an extensive healthcare information technology background with additional experience in strategic planning, partner alliances, stakeholder engagement, change management initiatives and enterprise PMO leadership. He has managed large complex projects at IDNs and academic medical centers. Specifically, he has lead teams delivering initiatives associated with operational effectiveness, quality improvement, clinician adoption, physician alignment and IT strategy.
